Customer Service

Every effort is made to ensure your experience with Plumbs and your new loose covers, curtains or reupholstery are all of the highest standard. However we also try very hard to deliver prompt, polite and personal customer service.

• This means that we will normally answer the phone live and in person within 4 or 5 rings. You will not be held in a queue or be connected to a machine during office hours.
• You can expect a reply to your emails the same day.
• You can expect prompt replies to your letters by phone or post

Sales Promise

All our Consultants are friendly, trustworthy and courteous and have been selected and trained to ensure our service is of the highest standard. They will visit you in your home at a time convenient to you and will ensure that you are given free soft furnishings advice.

Once you have chosen your fabric your Home Consultant will take full measurements with professional skill and accuracy. Our Home Consultant will then return to fit the covers for you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

To make sure that your covers fit beautifully, Plumbs craftsmen and women will work to the precise dimensions of your furniture, taken by your Home Consultant.

Through every stage of your order we apply frequent quality checks from the fabric delivery and inspection and at every stage of the design and manufacturing process. The job will only be considered complete when your covers are fitted and you are entirely happy.
